★応募に向けてのサポート
去年初めて、10名の作家を招集したのですが、
美術館・審査員・審査員長との確認や連絡事項のやりとり、
皆さんの提出物の英語のサポートなど、かなりの労働でしたので
今年は初参加の方1万円、去年参加された方５千円のお支払いをお願いします。

1️⃣ 今年は審査員が選んでも審査されるので、初参加の作家さんは、提出予定の作風と似た作品の過去作を数枚お送りください。審査員長と美術館に応募可能か確認していただきます。（この段階でOKが出ても、最終審査で通らない可能性もありますことをご了承くださいませ。）
2️⃣美術館のOKが出たら、サポート費用をお支払いいただきます。（こちらは工程に関するサポートの費用となりますので、最終的に審査が通らなくてもご返金致しませんのでご了承くださいませ。）
3️⃣参加者のチャットボックスにご招待します。

4️⃣作品の制作と書類の作成
5️⃣全てが揃ったら、私から美術館に情報をお送りします。

8️⃣パーティーにご参加されたい方は、パーティーの日に美術館へお越しください。
9️⃣参加証明書や受賞者の景品などは、私が渡航した場合手渡しされる可能性が高いです。（毎年大荷物になります）毎回運ぶのに苦労がすごいので（トロフィーや分厚いファイルなど）、今年は現地から送る方法を探りたいと思っています。その場合送料を別途請求する可能性がありますのでご了承くだいさいませ。

■ テーマ：花開くアート

■ 応募期間：2025年1月1日～6月15日（締め切り厳守）
■ 作品発送の締め切りは6月30日ですので、遅くとも6月30日までに美術館に到着する必要があります
■ 展示期間：2025年10月12日～2025年12月22日
■ 募集分野：絵画、彫刻、インスタレーションなどの視覚芸術分野
■ サイズ制限：最小50×70cm（絵画に基づく）これより小さい場合は、アーティストは複数の作品を提出する必要があります。美術館の天井のため、作品の高さは2メートルを超えてはなりませんが、最大幅に制限はありません。
■ サポート：受賞者には、賞状、寄付状、参加証明書が自国に宅配便で送られます。
– 最優秀アーティスト: 2025 年に個展を開催するよう招待
– その他の参加者全員には、参加証、寄付状、カタログがデジタル (オンライン) で送付されます。
■ 必要書類 (必須) (英語)
1. 履歴書: 展示会の履歴と受賞歴 (年、展示会のタイトル、展示会の開催地、国の順に記載) を含む履歴書が必要です。展示会の履歴と受賞歴は、2024 年、2023 年など、最新の年を先頭にして年ごとに整理してください (PDFまたは DOCX)
2. アーティストの写真: アーティストの顔が写っている写真 (JPG)、高解像度。 3. 作品の画像: 高解像度の画像ファイルが必要です (JPG)
4. 作品に関する情報: タイトル、サイズ、技法、制作年
5. アーティストのメモ: 提出する作品について簡単に説明してください (5 行以内の説明)
6. アーティストは、作品がオリジナルであることを示す写真を添付した寄贈状/真正証明書を送付する必要があります。(オンラインで利用可能) フォームにはアーティストの署名が必要です。
■ 注意事項
• 提出された作品は著作権を含め美術館に帰属しますのでご了承ください。（←表記が間違っているようです。作品の著作権は作家に帰属します。広報などで作品の画像を使われることがありますがご了承ください。）
• いかなる状況においても、アーティストは提出された作品の返却を請求することはできません
• すべての作品は第 11 回巨済国際芸術祭の審査員によって審査されます
• 必要書類が揃っていない、または提出された作品は審査から除外されます
• 締め切り後に届いた作品は審査から除外され、返却できません
• 作品の輸送費はアーティストの負担となります
• 作品が審査員の承認を通過すると、美術館からアーティストに作品の送付許可のメールが送信されます。作品は郵送で送ることができます (この手順に従うことが重要です)。荷物が税関に到着すると、税関が美術館に連絡する際に美術館がアーティストの記録を保持する必要があるためです
• アーティストは開会式に出席できます。ただし、航空運賃、ホテル宿泊費、食事などのすべての費用はアーティストの負担となります。 • 受賞者は 7 月または 8 月に発表され、その後アーティストに通知されます

■ Theme : Blooming Art

■ Application period : January 1st ~ June 15th, 2025 (Strictly adhere to the deadline)
■ Deadline to ship the artwork is June 30th, so the application must arrive before June 30th at the latest at the Museum
■ Exhibition period : 12th October 2025 until 22nd December 2025
■ Field of Recruitment : Visual art sector such as painting, sculpture and installation
■ Size Limit : Minimum 50×70cm (based on painting) If it is smaller than this, artist must submit more than one work. Art work height should not exceed 2 meters due to the museum ceiling, but there is no restriction on the maximum width.
■ Support: Winners will receive their award certificate, donation letter and participation certificate couriered to their country.
– Best Artist : Invited to have a solo exhibition in 2025
– All other participants will receive certificates of participation, letters of donation and catalogs digitally (on-line).
■ Required documents (essential) (in English)
1. CV: We need a CV that includes exhibition history and award-winning experience (listed like this in the following order: year, exhibition title, exhibition location, country). Please organise your exhibition history and award-winning experience by year with latest year first 2024, 2023 etc. (PDF or DOCX)
2. The artist’s photo: A picture showing the artist’s face (JPG), high-resolution.
3. The image of the work: A high-resolution image file is required (JPG)
4. Information about the work: Title, size, technique, year of the work
5. Artist Note: Please briefly describe your submitted Artwork (Explanation within 5 lines)
6. Artists must send a donation letter/authenticity certificate with a photo stating that the work is original. (On-line available) The form must be signed by the artist.
■ Notes
• Please note that the submitted work belongs to the museum including copyright
• Artists cannot claim the return of their submitted work under any circumstances
• All works will be judged by the jury members of the 11th Geoje International Art Festival
• Materials that do not have the required documents or are submitted in excess will be
excluded from the evaluation
• Works arriving after the deadline will be excluded from the evaluation and cannot be
returned
• The cost of transporting the artwork is borne by the artist
• When the work has passed the jury approval an email will be sent by the museum to the
artist with clearance to send the work, artwork can be sent by post (It is important to follow
this procedure) because the museum must have a record of the artist when customs contacts
the museum once the package arrives at customs
• Artists are welcome to attend for the opening ceremony. However all costs such as airfare,
hotel accomodation and meals must be covered by the artist.
• Award winners will be announced in July/August, then artists will be notified
